Excel Image Download ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website
excelimagedownload.com and the Shopify application Excel Image Download.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Username and password when you create an
account.
- Usage Data: Download counts, timestamps, and plan usage.
- File Data: Excel/CSV files you upload are processed entirely
in your browser.
- Shopify Store Data: When you connect your Shopify store, we
access product data only to provide the service.
- Telegram: The application connection is configured centrally. Each user authorizes their own account. Account sessions, two-step verification passwords, chat metadata and selected media are processed in your browser through a direct Telegram connection; we do not store them on our servers. The session key is kept in this tab’s browser storage, scoped to your app account, so the connection survives page refreshes. Passwords, chat metadata and media are not persisted. Disconnecting Telegram or signing out of the app clears the saved local session. Download counts are recorded against your plan. Disconnect to revoke the session; after closing the tab, remaining sessions can be revoked in Telegram Settings → Devices.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan
- Track download statistics for your account dashboard
- Communicate with you about your account or service updates
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Data Storage and Security
Your account data is stored securely. Excel files and image URLs are processed
client-side in your browser.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account information.
4. Shopify Data
When you install our Shopify app, we request access to:
- read_products: To retrieve your product catalog and image
URLs for downloading.
We do not access, collect, or store any customer personal data from
your Shopify store.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal
information to third parties.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active.
8. GDPR & KVKK Compliance
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal
Data Protection Law (KVKK). You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability
